During my 10 years at Siemens, I witnessed firsthand how unplanned shutdowns can severely impact operations. Every year, several of our customers faced the challenge of sourcing emergency spare parts, often waiting days of costly downtime.
My next venture at the procurement startup deepened my understanding of supply chains and further fueled my passion for solving this issue.
Now, as a co-founder of coSpare, I’m committed to leveraging my industrial and business experience to help factories minimize downtime through better inventory planning and collaboration. Together with a team of experts, my co-founders and I are confident that we’re building something truly valuable for the industrial community.
